What we collect
When you use Toastly, we collect the information you provide in the speech builder form — your name, the couple's names, your stories, and your role. This information is used solely to generate your personalized wedding speech.
How we use your data
Your stories and personal details are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your speech. We store your speech and form responses in our database so you can access them after purchase. We do not sell, share, or reuse your content for any other purpose.
Payment information
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.
Data retention
Your speech data is retained for 90 days after generation so you can access it. After that, it is automatically deleted. You can request early deletion by contacting us.

We use essential cookies only — no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
